Kieran Narayan

Founder & CEO

Mr. Kieran Narayan is the Founder and Principal Counsel of AAGNA, bringing over two and a half decades of multidisciplinary experience across Banking, Real Estate, Commercial Law and Corporate Strategy. With strong foundation across Law and Finance, he has built a practice that seamlessly combines legal precision with strategic business insight.

Prior to founding AAGNA, Mr. Kieran held leadership positions at reputable institutions including Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Works Alliance Group, and Law and Solutions, where he gained extensive exposure to financial markets, regulatory framework, contractual risk mitigation, client advisory and litigation.

As the driving force behind the firm, Kieran is known for his pragmatic approach, ethical leadership and client-centric philosophy. Under his guidance, AAGNA has evolved into a multidisciplinary legal practice focused on clarity, accountability and measurable outcomes.

Mr. Kieran Narayan holds degrees in Law & Commerce from Bengaluru and a Masters in Economics and Finance from the University of Canberra, Australia.

Ms. Ananya Dixit

Ms. Ananya Dixit is a dynamic member of AAGNA’s Litigation team, focused on advisory and court representation. She plays a key role in handling client issues while also assisting in strategic case planning and research. Ms. Ananya has developed a strong acumen in drafting and litigating cases at Courts and is particularly skilled in putting forth persuasive arguments in court even as she is identifying viable solutions to our clients.
